Charges have been filed stemming from a crash in Beaver Township we reported last week.
On August 14 around noon, 77 year old John McCullough of DuBois was traveling south on High Point Road and was in the right lane going towards the intersection with Canoe Ripple Road when police say he failed to stop at a sign and collided with an SUV driven by 54 year old Roberta Mays of Knox.
No one was injured all parties were wearing seat belts. Knox VFD assisted at the scene. McCullough was charged at the MDJ with Stop Signs and Yield Signs.
