We have more details about a case of fraud that happened on July 23 at noon on Lineman Road in Licking Township of Clarion County.
It was reported to the Pennsylvania State Police on July 29th when 46 year old Tammy Bortz and 52 year old Craig Bortz, both of Emlenton, responded to an email relating they would be paid $800 a month if they allowed their car to be wrapped as an advertisement for a beer company. They received a check and cashed it; however, they later found out the check was fraudulent.
