We have the names of the people involved in a two-vehicle accident that happened last Friday in Madison Township.
Authorities say on August 16 around six in the morning 38 year old David Love of Rimersburg was traveling south on Route 68, just east of Phillipston Road, at a high rate of speed in foggy conditions when he hit the back of a pick up truck driven by 32 year old Benjamin Carrier of Sligo. Love’s pick-up ricocheted off to the right side of the roadway and hit a guild rail; while, Carrier’s truck went off to the left side of the road an hit a gild rail.
East Brady VFD and EMS assisted the Pennsylvania State Police on the scene, and Love was charged for driving while operating privilege is suspended.
