Two people from Union Township of Jefferson County will face charges following an incident of criminal mischief.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney this past Monday just after 4 pm they responded to a call on Kennedy Road, where it was reported 37 year old Jason Popson of Corsica allegedly broke the cell phone of 43 year old Christian Shaffer of Reynoldsville.
Police say Shaffer then broke the windshield of Popson’s vehicle.
Charges are now pending through the district court.
