The Pennsylvania State Police in Dubois report the crash happened around 12:30 in the morning when 26 year old Nikola Jovanovic of Middletown was traveling west in the right lane when he hit the back of the trailer of a commercial truck driven by 47 year old Santos Andrade of Medford New York. Jovanovic went into the left lane of travel before coming to a rest, while Andrade’s tractor trailer came to a rest in the right side of the roadway.
Jovanovic was charged for following too closely.
