On July 15 PSP received a report of alleged child abuse that was reported to have happened on July 12 around 2 in the afternoon on Glenwood Avenue. According to authorities, a father is accused of burning his 4 year old son with a cigarette and smacking him on his buttocks. Names and other information was in the police report as the investigation is ongoing.
