The Brookville Borough Police report they were given information about the unnamed defendant who wrote 5 bad checks to District Judge Bazylak’s Office totaling over $2500 including fees, for citations that were issued to him for traffic violations. The incident happened on June 25 and misdemeanor charges were filed for bad checks.
