Charges of DUI are pending for a man from Tionesta.
Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville report the incident happened last evening around 9:30 when a traffic stop was initiated because of several traffic violations on Washington Church Road on Route 208 in Clarion County.
Officers say the driver, 63 year old Randell Nebel, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody.
The charges are pending lab results.
