The Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney report 48 year old Jeffery Johnson was arrested on July 27 around 8:45 in the evening at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Main Street in the Borough of Brookville for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
The pending charges have been filed through the District Court.
