State police in Dubois report the crash happened just before 8 pm on route 219 near Cooper Drive, when 79 year old Robert Greenalch of Brockway was traveling North and for unknown reasons, crossed the center line and hit a vehicle in the Southbound lane driven by 73 year old Larry Adamson, also of Brockway.
Greenalch was transported by EMS, while Adamson and his passenger, 74 year old Suzanne Adamson, had to be flown by Stat Medevac for treatment of unknown injuries.
