On July 14 around 4 in the morning, PSP in Clarion responded to Wolf’s Campgrounds for a report of a possible sexual assault. When they arrived, officers found 45 year old Scott Wingard of Greenville and a 46 year old woman of Fairview and transported them to the Clarion State Police Station to be interviewed. Based on the investigation Wingard was charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault and the case is pending in court.
