A man from Knox was cited for harassment…
State police in Clarion say on July 1 at 10 pm on Buckhorn road in Elk Township they investigated an incident involving 41 year old Jason Shook of Knox and 18 year old Joshua Newbell of Emlenton. Shook was cited with one count of harassment via a non-traffic citation.
