Just after 1 pm on July 14, troopers were dispatched to a residence on Tyler Drive in Union Township to speak with a person about a child being physically disciplined by a neighbor. The woman said she has guardianship of the child who was at a neighbors residence with another child and both children were allegedly physically disciplined with a cloth belt.
The victim, an 8 year old boy, was interviewed and evidence was photographed at the scene.
That investigation is ongoing.
