Last month a child was bitten by a dog and charges have now been filed…
The Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion investigated the incident occurred just before midnight on June 1, on Colerain Street in Sligo Borough when a dog is said to have bitten an 11 year old girl from Rimersburg.
After further investigation Officers filed charges against 50 year old Valerie Best of Sligo through the New Bethlehem District Court.
