ExploreJeffersonPA.com reports 48 year old Donald Yates III will have his hearing on Monday July 22 in front of Magisterial District Judge Mizerock for allegedly sexually assaulting a female juvenile while giving her a ride to her home in Punxsutawney.
The published reports says Yates was charged with Unlawful Restraint of Minor, Indecent Assault, plus four other charges.
