The incident was reported to law enforcement by a 10 year old girl who stated the 32 year old male suspect touched her inappropriately during recent custodial visitation time periods.
According to the PSP, the alleged abuse happened between April 24 and May 12 of this year on Stabb Avenue in Strattanville in Clarion County. Names were withheld from the report.
