Pennsylvania state police in Punxsutawney stopped a vehicle for a summary traffic violation on Friday, July 5 around 7:45 pm on Knox Dale Road on Route 322 in Pine Creek Township. The driver, 48 year old Fredrick Baughman was determined by the PSP to be DUI and arrested him.
