The case of the rabbit that was allegedly stolen two months ago in Pine Township has been solved.
On May 6th, a 50-year-old woman who lives along Country Meadow Lane in Indiana County reported someone had taken a pet rabbit from outside her home. After further investigation, Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana say a 27-year old-woman who is also from Strongstown found the rabbit in a backyard and took care of it. The victim had accused the woman of stealing the hopper; however, when the rabbit was returned she decided not to press charges.
The names of the woman and the rabbit were not released.
