A woman who was allegedly drunk and injured herself at a local natural rock formation is now facing charges.
Authorities received a call on June 26th around 10:30 pm for a report of an intoxicated woman who sustained a minor injury to her head while she was at Bilger’s Rocks in Bloom Township of Clearfield County. According to Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois, she was combative with the fire and medical services while they were attempting to treat her for injuries.
Subsequently, she was flown to UPMC Altoona for additional treatment. Pennsylvania State Police say 29-year-old Elizabeth DeJesus of Clearfield will be cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct through Magistrate Ford’s office.
