There are still few details about the case that was reported back on March 11th to the Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion, but here’s what we know: The incident involves two victims, a 15-year-old girl from Clarion and an 18-year-old woman from Strattanville; and the corruption incident allegedly happened on Commerce Road in Monroe Township on December 30th around midnight. Names and other information is not available as the investigation is ongoing.
