According to authorities, the incident occurred on Upper Clinton Street in Canoe Township in Indiana County, on Friday around 11:30 pm, when a 36 year old man from New Derry and a 29 year old woman from Rossiter were engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical.
The man is accused of grabbing the victim by her forearm and breaking her $90 smart phone.
Charges of Harassment with Physical Contact were filed against the 36 year old male in the district court.
