On Friday morning around 10 PSP in Punxsutawney stopped a car traveling on Swartz Acres road in Perry Township for vehicle code violations.
Authorities say 23 year old Kyle Keth of Punxsutawney and 18 year old Ian Jones of Sykesville were intoxicated and in possession of controlled substances and both were placed under arrest for related DUI and drug offense charges. The report didn’t state which one was driving.
