That’s what the state police in Marienville say happened on June 24, at 8 pm, in Eldred Township, of Jefferson County. The victim reported to the PSP that he did over $3,000 in mechanical work on a Semi Truck on Route 36 and McManigle Road. The customer allegedly canceled the payment after services were rendered.
Their names were withheld in the report as the investigation continues.
