Authorities report, on June 11 between 11 am and 9 pm, someone passed a counterfeit $20 bill at a pizza shop in Shippenville on the 28th Division Highway in Paint Township.
It’s unknown if it’s related to the other incident with counterfeit money that was used in the same area on June 18 at an ice cream shop. Both incidents are being investigated by the state police in Clarion.
