A man from Uniontown was arrested for breaking into an apartment in Clarion County.
On May 10 around 10 pm Pennsylvania State Police say a burglary was in progress at an apartment building on Kelly’s Way in East Brady Borough. Investigators say 34 year old Ryan Cunningham entered the residence through a window and assaulted one of the occupants and threatened to shoot both the 36 year old woman from East Brady and the 39 year old man from Rimersburg.
Cunningham fled the scene, but vandalized three vehicles belonging to the residence. The next day charges were filed through the District Court for burglary, criminal trespass, terroristic threats, simple assault plus two other charges. An arrest warrant was issued and he was apprehended by the Pennsylvania State Police in Uniontown. He was arraigned and taken to the Fayette County Jail.
