The Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana are looking for information to catch someone who is suspected of access device fraud.
According to authorities, on June 13 between 10 am and 3 pm, credit card information belonging to a 70 year old man of Shelocta in Armstrong Township was used without authorization to make more than $350 in purchases in Homestead.

A situation that started with harassment lead to two people from White Township being charged with drug paraphernalia.
Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana say the incident happened on Saturday morning at 8 on June 8 at a grocery store on Ben Franklin Road in Indiana County, when a 25 year old woman reported her boyfriend, a 25 year old man, came into the store, grabbing her and yelling at her. After he left he went back to their shared residence and allegedly sent several harassing text messages to her.
When Pennsylvania State Police arrived to the residence to speak with the man he admitted there was a glass device used for smoking marijuana in the place. Police seized the device and charges will be filed against the man for harassment. Both the man and the woman will be charged for paraphernalia.
