A 61 year old woman of Tionesta was the victim during a domestic dispute.
Authorities say the incident happened on Monday evening just before 5:30 on Carll Drive in Farmington Township when a 37 year old man from Clarion allegedly hit the woman in the back of the head following a verbal argument.
Pennsylvania State Police had the man transported to Clarion Hospital for an evaluation and he will be charged with harassment via a non-traffic citation through the District Court. Names of the accused and the victim were not in the police report.
