Monday morning around 7, Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney were dispatched to Moore Cemetery off Fuller Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Authorities found the vehicle with 42 year old Thomas Spitz of Brookville inside, and Spitz had active bench warrants.
Spitz was taken into custody and also allegedly had drug paraphernalia on him.
Spitz was transported to the Jefferson County Jail for the warrants and charges for the suspected drug paraphernalia are pending.
