A 71 year old man from Punxsutawney was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, James Milligan was stopped on Sportsburg Road in Young Township on June 14 around 9:45 pm for a summary traffic violation. During the stop, Milligan was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Charges are pending.
