State Police in Punxsutawney are investigating an apparent attempt at racial intimidation in northern Indiana County.
Authorities say on May 27th, 35 year old William North of Rossiter discovered someone had spray painted the letters “KKK” on his mailbox. It happened at an address along Church Road in Canoe Township, and is being investigated as a criminal mischief case.
