A man was arrested In Plumcreek Township of Armstrong County after allegedly firing his semi-automatic at two people mowing lawns.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police report, Joseph Riederer of Kittanning let out six rounds at two men, one 33 and the other 39, who were mowing grass on June 3 around 11 in the morning on Hillview Lane. The men fled the scene and called 9-1-1. Troopers responded and charged Rienerer with aggravated assault, which is a second degree felony, misdemeanor accounts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, plus he spent three days in the Armstrong County Jail.
