This past Saturday there was a hit and run involving an ATV and a motorcycle.
The Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion report the accident happened around 3:30 in the afternoon when 64 year old Thomas Smith of Clarion was riding north on Route 66. An ATV pulled out of Stoney Lonesome Road and clipped the saddle bags of Smith’s bike before continuing on to Stone House Road and fleeing the scene.
Smith was wearing all proper safety equipment and was not injured.
