A man from Punxsutawney who is accused of wandering in local lawns is now facing charges.
ExploreJeffersonPA.com reports the Punxsutawney Borough Police Department filed criminal charges of resisting arrest, loitering/prowling at night time and disorderly conduct against 37-year-old Richard Thomas Infantino of Punxsutawney.
The published report says the incident happened on May 17 around 10 pm along the 700 Block of Sutton Street when the borough police received a report of a man lying in the roadway as well as residents’ yards, allegedly yelling and screaming. The report also states Infantino was charged with third-degree felony criminal trespass.
Infantino is in the Jefferson County Jail after filing to post $35K monetary bail. A preliminary hearing is set for July 22.
