A 36 year old man from Rimersburg was the victim of another person’s trash.
Here’s what we know: The State Police in Clarion investigated a case of someone scattering rubbish on May 21 around 11 pm on Swartz Road in Madison Township. Investigators concluded their case and authorities arrested 34 year old William Amon also of Rimersburg and filed a summary charge of scattering rubbish.
