A man from Brockway was arrested for driving under the influence of marijuana on Route 219 near Tannery Road.
On Friday after 10 pm, authorities stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and while speaking with the driver 42 year old Shawn Zeches, they noticed the strong odor of marijuana. After conducting a field sobriety test, Zeches was taken into custody and transported to Penn Highlands to determine his blood contents.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois say the investigation continues.
