Last Thursday the State Police in Clarion responded to the scene of a domestic situation already in progress.
Authorities arrived to the trailer park on Route 322 in Clarion Township just before midnight when the found the victims a 40 year old woman and a 23 year old man both of whom are from Strattanville, who reported the incident.
One of the victims allegedly showed signs of recent bodily injury leading to the arrest of 61 year old Kent Hilliard of Strattanville.
