Msgr. Charles Kaza, pastor of St. Tobias Parish in Brockway and president of the DuBois Central Catholic School Board, is accused of sexually abusing a minor in the 1980’s.
According to the Punxsutawney Spirit, Kaza was put on administrative leave on May 13 while further investigation is underway.
