A homeless man found housing by going to jail.
According to ExploreClarion.com, 21-year-old Joshua Paul Blystone is accused of intentionally setting his car on fire in a parking lot along Elk Run Avenue in Punxsutawney on Monday around 8 pm because of being homeless and tired of running.
The published report says Blystone was arraigned on Tuesday afternoon at 1 and charged with a Felony 1, arson-danger of death. Unable to post the $30 K bail, Blystone’s wish was granted to stay in the Jefferson County Jail.
