Brookville Police were contacted on April 7 about a careless driver on the Allegheny Boulevard.
Authorities found the vehicle on Progress Street and asked the driver, a 40 year old woman, to conduct a field sobriety check where she was determined to be impaired. After she was taken to Penn Highlands for a blood draw, it was determined her blood alcohol content was .30, four times the legal limit.
Police did not release her name and time of the incident.
