A person driving an ATV hit a few things and fled the scene in Burnside Township.
On April 20 around 11 pm, an ATV traveling south on Cherry Tree Road, left the road and hit a utility pole, continued in southwest direction and hit an electric fence. The ATV turned in the opposite direction only to once again hit the electric fence before fleeing the scene south on Cherry Tree Road.
Investigators found several pieces to determine the ATV is a Yamaha Wolverine 700.
