A man from Clarion is locked up for allegedly having incestuous intercourse with an under age girl.
ExploreClarion.com reports, on May 5, charges of incest of minor and corruption of minors were filed against 39-year-old Robert Daniel Martin. The incident is alleged to have occurred between March of 2016 and September of 2017 with a known girl.
Martin is in the Clarion County on $25,000 monetary bail. His preliminary hearing is set for May 28 with Judge Quinn presiding.
