Charges are pending from a domestic depute that happened last week.
Authorities withheld the names of the 24 year old man from Shippenville who was arrested for allegedly harassing a 26 year old woman, also of Shippenville, at a gas station on Route 68 in Monroe Township on April 28 at 2 in the afternoon.
No other details were released.

State Police in Clarion have released the names of the people involved in an incident that happened in February.
PSP conducted a traffic stop on Perryville Road in Perry Township on the 28 of February around 3:30 pm due to a warrant for 46 year old Sally Jane Tucker of Parker. She and her passenger, 55 year old Timothy James Howard, also of Parker, were found to be in possession of a loaded firearm methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Tucker and Howard were arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail on $5,000 bond.

We have more information about the Indiana County woman who was scammed.
State Police in Indiana are investigating an incident that happened on May 1 at 10 in the morning on Mahoning Road, South Mahoning Township, when a 78 year old woman from Smicksburg was allegedly scammed out $13,000. According to WTAJ News, a man claimed to be an attorney requesting bail money for the victim’s grandson and asked for the money in cash to be sent to a New York City address.
Remember, never to send money to an unknown person and report a suspicious call to police.
Her name was not released and authorities are continuing their investigation.

Authorities continue their investigation of a driving under the influence that happened on April 6.
Investigators say the incident occurred around 9:30 in the evening when a crash was reported involving a side by side vehicle on Buckhorn Road in Elk Township. The driver, a 35 year old man from Marble, was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and the investigation continues.

Pennsylvania State Police will once again be participating in the Click it or Ticket.
PSP will start the traffic enforcement program next Monday May 13 through June 2. If a motorist is stopped for a traffic violation and is not wearing a seat belt, they will be given two citations: One for the violations and the other for the seat belt.
Troopers will adopt the zero tolerance policy towards any violation of the Commonwealth’s seat belt and child passenger restraint laws.
