A former Jefferson County sheriff’s deputy waived his preliminary hearing yesterday.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, 24 year old Kyle Pisarick of Sykesville, is accused of stealing almost $6,000 from the K-9 Program, of which he was an officer.
The published reports says the charges of theft by deception and forgery were transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
