A man from DuBois admitted to police he possessed child porn.
According to GantDaily.com, 48 year old Benjamin Vernon Johnson is facing 40 counts of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility after he reportedly admitted to investigators to knowing it was wrong, but he “did not want to be a hands-on offender of children.”
The published report says Johnson’s preliminary hearing is set for next Friday, Until then he’s in the Clearfield county jail on $50,000 bail.
