A woman from Punxsutawney was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and reckless endangerment.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 56 year old Tammy Painter was pulled over for a traffic violation by the State Police on Harmony Road in Young Township during the evening of March 26, when it’s alleged she was noticeably impaired.
The published reports says Painter was taken to the hospital for a blood draw that resulted in a BAC over the legal limit. Her preliminary hearing is set for June 6 with Judge Mizerock presiding.
