Charges were filed against a man who was in possession of medical marijuana.
According to the State Police in Clarion, the incident occurred on April 16 around 8 pm on Commerce Road in Monroe Township when they pulled a vehicle over for an expired inspection sticker and found the 25 year old driver from New Bethlehem, who had a valid medical marijuana card, also had medical marijuana and paraphernalia; however, police say the medical grass wasn’t in its prescribed bottle and wasn’t being taken the prescribed way.
Charges were filed through the district court.
