A man from Clarion was arrested for harassment.
On April 23 the Pennsylvania State Police received a call from a 26 year old woman of Clarion who reported a case of harassment that allegedly happened the night before around 7:30 on Hospital Drive in Monroe Township.
After further investigation authorities arrested an 18 year old Clarion man through the Magisterial District Judge.
