A man from Marienville was allegedly in violation of Megan’s Law.
According to the State Police in Marienville, they received a call on April 20 around 9:30 in the morning about a registered Megan’s Law Offender on Blood Road in Jenks Township Forest County.
After further investigation, 50 year old Richard Peterson was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Jail where he was arraigned for failure to comply with Megan’s Law requirements.
