Pennsylvania State Police were called to the scene of harassment that had already occurred.
Authorities say the incident was on April 16 around 1:30 in the afternoon along Route 66 in Jenks Township when they made contact with a 69 year old woman of Marienville who claimed a 68 year old man from Cleveland, Ohio had shoved her and that he had drug paraphernalia in the residence.
The woman was taken to Warren General Hospital for treatment of injuries, and the case will remain open pending criminal charges.
