A man who was on an all-terrain vehicle was arrested for hitting a juvenile.
Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion investigated a report of a traffic violation on March 24 at 10:45 pm, regarding an ATV on a township road in Salem, and found a 14 year old male of Clarion was hit by a 42 year old man from Knox with his fist as he was passing by.
No other information was released.
